The DotCom was a new BU - ranked 9th by country in revenue within 2 years, had it's own logistics, inventory and merchandising. Note in 2004, Brazil had more people selling Avon products than military personnel.

Global eCommerce, rep communications, Breast Cancer Crusade and web applications. Adv, photography, animation for full lifecycle web and print.

Multi-channel Performance Marketing. Global channel conflicts anyone? Multiple models, seo, affiliates, subscriptions, content partnerships, placements and a few hundred campaigns.

Hourly Analytics - Modified Delivery

Email performance per timezone. If below 1MM in sales by noon, aka under-performing, manually A-B subject lines and content, cascading down to eventually evergreen campaigns.
